Stock 99spec indicators are smoked. Im not sure if anyone has made clear versions of them.

Never buy OEM parts from Zcentre though, always overpriced.

nissan want 36+vat each will contact mjp

Make sure Nissan are quoting on the 99spec part. They are easily confused especially when the 99spec bumper was never sold here and the UK cars did have these smoked as standard.

i gave them the part number for the 99spec

its ok now MJP have them at 27+vat each ... guess where i'm going to buy them

on another note i have a set of clear 89>97 spec front indicators for sale ..

The 99 spec are not actually smoked, its the fact the rear housing is black, gives them that effect, i had mine apart to fit some leds inside, so you could try spraying the inner housing white or silver to give the you the clear look, but not sure if anyone has tried it before.

The Lens is clear. Groover was explaining that its the housing inside that is dark, given the smoked appearance. So by taking apart and changing the colour inside to silver/chrome you can alter the appeared tint from smoked to clear...if thats your preference.

Exactly - and that's a very useful tip for anyone with 99-spec fronts...... I didn't actually know that until Graham said it just now!!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
