I finally managed to get some pictures of my new car into Photobucket, have had a lot of fun with it the past week. The speedo on these go up to 220 but you can see they do go really well :tt1: just a hair under 200MPH, I think about 197-198.

Only a couple of complaints really so far.

1. With the hood down it is so load on the gas you get home and are literally tone deaf with ringing in your ears

2. It is not really very speed bump friendly

3. Parking it is a nightmare as it is so wide and you need the doors right open to get in and out

4. Every time you park up you come back to find greasy finger prints all over the drivers window

5. It is a two Giros a day fuel habbit, little runs are like £35 and I am regularly sticking £70+ in a day if I am doing a few miles (like 100+).

6. The amount of people that come up to you saying "a you a football player?" is now starting to get a little frustrating

Other than that it is in incredible car and I am really loving it

I will try and take it to the next Zedworld bash when ever that is and take you guys for a spin in it, I do miss the Porker but this does have a bit more soul even if it is not so well engineered as the German stuff. I have had 8 Porsches in total and they dont even turn heads any more. Unfortunately Porsche has diluted the brand with the Cayenne, Boxter, etc to the point that it is getting like BMW or Mercedes rather than being a pure Supercar Brand, you get the feeling that "it is just another Porsche". The events with Ferraris are really good as well, on the forum I use we get to meet all over the place and most of them are charity events.

And the main dealer called me last week offering me some hospitality, it was two days in Italy on a track with the new 458 and a day at the Factory, Fab Ferrari Hotel included where they build the cars as well but unfortunately I had to decline due to work commitments.

Wow love the ferrari matey, I have the 3.8 carrera s Porsche 997 so can

Sympathize with the fuel LOL, looking forward to the detailing pics

Stunning motor. Hard work clearly does pay off, fair play to you. Can't wait to see the post detailing pics. Who's doing the detail?

FRIDAY? its only monday now. im very tempted to have my zed machine polished blah blah at some point to really set it off, but im guessing if hes having it for 4 days hes going t be cahrging a fair whack?

id be frightened to park that and walk away from it lol

Looks good that bud. ill never be able to get something like that unless i win the lottery, but always appreciate a good fast car even if Ferraris aint my thing, though i wouldn't say no if someone gave me the keys for a week lol
