Right then, after what feels like a long absence, im back in a zed!

Its a Manual NA, Registered on a T reg!

Its not a T reg 1999 car, but a cock up with the DVLA means its wearing a T reg, which looks cool in my opinion.

Its a S4, so has the nicer dark Seats, and the rear seats and armrest have been replaced with black leather.

Some polished bling under the bonnet (balance bar etc)

19" wheels, just referbed and done no miles with new tyres when i picked it up.

Not to sure on the rear lights, the are not my thing, but kind of suit it to be honest.

Some nice touches such as a carbon looking stereo surround.

Engine is nice and smooth and the clutch and gearbox are perfect! Very light and easy to drive.

Always fancied an NA manual, less to go wrong but can still play with it as a manual.

Bad bits. (In my opinion)

Areial wont go down

1 Speaker is farting!

Vibration over 50mph, feels like the wheels need balancing, so i'll look into that.

Standard suspension, so needs to sit a bit lower and firmer.

NA front bumper has go to go!

Other than that, its a nice zed that needs no welding! Under the car seems sound and has never failed an mot on welding as far as we know.

Cheers fallas.

Not sure how long i can live with the power.

I was thinking of a TT conversion before i got the car! Have said to myself i'll drive it for a bit before i make my mind up.

Sounds awesome! Its got a custom made cat back exhaust on it.

looks nice and tidy that bud, im not a fan of the rear lights but each to there own and easily changed so no big issue there. if you find its still vibrating over 50 with the wheels balanced properly it could be the prop centre bearing. but still nothing major so looks like a nice one. DONT break the bloody thing this time lol

Nice one Jim, that's a good looking Zed. I too am not a big fan of the rear lights, however I think that yours suits them, maybe it's a colour thing, look nicer on some colour of Zed's than others.

Nice looking Motor..

ive stopped looking on autotrader, i just visit your threads...

Have to admit, I cant make my mind up on those lights either. The standard lights just suit the Zed...

Nice one Jim and I like the lights so if you get fed up with them I'll trade a standard set with you.... Love that colour too

Essbeee, are yours standard orange ones or red and white?

Im not a fan of the light, but they do suit it. I had a car follow me on the motorway. I moved over for them to pass but they stayed beside me then dropped back. 3 or 4 kids, i bet they were trying to guess what it was.

If i can find a set of 99 spec lights or something close, id swop them.

Well, i took the wheels off today so i could see if it is them that needs balancing.

I put the 18" wheels from my 200sx on it.

I haven't had chance to take it above 50mph yet, so will find out tomorrow if ive still got the vibrations.

Got to admit, im liking it on those wheels....
