pretty sure there was a direct website to buy falkens from? need to price up two new rear tyres for mine as they are getting close to the legal limit.

 

though have to say ive found the Avon ZZ3's to be quite grippy so may even go for another set of them.

cheapest for the falkens ive seen so far is around 147 per tyre, 138 for the Avon ZZ3's. would much prefer to pay for new tyres than take a hit on my licence with 6 points and fine lol

just had a set of four 18" Falkens fitted (245/45 zrs rear and 225/45 zrs front) and they grip really well.paid £537 fitted including vat.

Just need the rubber, can fit them me self at my mates garage so cut out the fitting expense lol

there was a falken direct type website to buy the tyres off, pretty sure car.mad linked me it once, i just cant find it any more.

I found camskills the cheapest out of all of them, just replaced all four tyres recently with falken fk452's

thought about maxxis's tyres ... just as good if not better and priced about £20>35 cheaper

Falken have just brought out their new FK453 - the tread pattern looks similar to Conti Sport Contacts now, rather than "triangle" grooves....

 

...can't say how good they are though.... But bound to be better than Avon ZZ3!
