auto/manual engine differences

I know that the turbos are smaller on the auto and the ECU is different but is there any other differences in the engine? Would an auto engine and head be suitable for a performance re-build for a manual car? Also what about suspension parts, is there anything on the auto that would not be suitable for my manual?

    differences between auto and manual:

     

    -ECU

    -The camshafts (until the 1996 model)

    -The turbos

    -The exhaust housings for manuals and autos from 9/93 to 9/94.

    -pre-cats (until the 1996 model year)

    -The main mufflers

    -radiator
