Not that I want to rag my Zed from cold, but I was curious to know if there is an inhibitor when the car is cold to stop the turbo's cutting in? I know there is a safety mode, but the car seems like the turbo's don't cut in until the car is fully warm.

The difference in power is very noticeable! The boost gauge reads correctly (as recommended in the buyers guide).

Thanks for any help given.

Just drive it off boost as you would for most turbo cars when cold.

They shouldn't come on boost till mid 2000-3000 revs

Yes there is mate, the boost is limited by the solenoids to the same as safety boost (about 6-7 psi (ish) I think, then when warmed up, you get your full boost...
