does any one know the diffrents between the t28r and t28rs

is it just the manifold being 4>5bolt ?

do you know the complete spec of the turbo ... i know the a/r.54 but whats the other

as it doesnt say on there site

They are a designed and made to fit kit,but you may need a little grinding on the drivers side engine mount bracket and will have to relocate the oil pressure switch.To answer Marks question i dont mate,speak to Josh at z1 for more info.

£598 per turbo

the spec is all most the same as the gt525 but a little better than gt28r

as spooling is better

I'll be honest and say IMO i've never been the happiest with Turbo technics and their after sales, i used to sell turbo's for Zeds many years ago and swiftly moved from them to turbo dynamics whose turbos i sold for a long time after.

 

Anyway the spec is okay, a simple hybrid of yours to a t25 stage 1 for 1200 quid.

It's exactly what I have on mine at the moment. Can't tell you how it is for boosting, as I need to get it back in the garage :(

been speaking to t-t on the phone 3 times today now and the usa guy on the phone seems to know his stuff .. and very helpfull

Thats probaly £598 + vat i bet.The 525,s use brand new cartridges from garret not rebuilt s/hand ones.If its £1200 + vat id deffo spend the extra and get new.

but its another 700+ more to get them from the states ... Providing i done the import tax right ... i could end up spendy 2k on turbos

 

i carnt see to much of a problem if the units are rebuilt and have new parts fitted like bearings/shaft/both rotors .. its 80% New

That duty calculator is hilarious,£300 for $2000 :lol: more like £175. On average if i import $5000 the import is around £340 ish.

think i have your old carbon fiber fan shroud .. ( smithy) in vynal on it ..

 

see if i was to get the gt525 i can use my 2.5 4 bolt downpipes like that anyways
