Hi Guys,

This has probably been asked before. I did do a search but what I was finding was how to..

What I need to know is where I can purchase the headlight bulbs for my JAP IMPORT. The bulb has 2 connection and not 3.

Anyone have a complete part number?

Hi most motor factors can order them, or ebay was cheapest. but i paid 12.50 a bulb at local store for h3c,

And they popped again,

On ebay they sell an h3 hid kit for around £35 bought that and it seems great, much better lighting and seems to be lasting well and the kit was only £10 more expensive then the 2 bulbs i bought,

If it goes wrong i just buy another kit but so far lasted longer then the bulbs, The standard bulbs on my car seem to blow very quick and i think it because i live on an unmade road.

Buy a HID kit bud, H3, 6000K, 55W instead of buying single bulbs all the time.

20 months or more ago I looked into buying a bulb and by the time you have bought two matching you could of practically bought the HID lights.....so I did and have never looked back :cool3:

You can also buy H3 bulbs and add a ground wire to the side of the reflector housing to the ground of the bulb.

Right,

Im trying to put the bulb back in in situ without removing the actual headlamp. Is it me... It feels like the bulb does not sit firmly / correctly? Upon having a play around I notice they have done that with the passenger side Groover and again it does not look like its sitting correctly.

Is there a special procedure...Do the bulbs go in a certain way round as on the metal part of the bulb there are some cut outs. (2).

I will have a better play tomorrow

Cheers

PML. Fantastic!

Does anyone know which side the square bit goes. Or even the circle bit left or right?

You can see at the bottom of the reflector as the bulb goes in iirc the square bit at the bottom
