SVA Test

Hi, I have just bought a late 1993 tt from Japan. Anyone know exactly what is needed for the SVA? Thanks, Mark

    Are you sure it needs one. i didnt think they did at that age

    Hi, anything over ten years does not need one. I could wait until November 2003 I suppose. Lol.

    Not sure, but I don't think it's much if it does need one. The old test was pretty much an MOT on one of these. Though you may need to fit fog lights if you don't have them (you can take them off again afterwards - though that's technically a construction and use infringement.)

     

    The book used to be ~£25 from DVLA.

     

    Doe's anybody know if they have brought in the new 'import vs. kit' SVA tests yet?
