not sure if it's because of which section you've posted in, but I could not comment on your other thread.. I'm all for encouraging younger members, but agree with Stellaz, that some of the content that we post here may be a little inappropriate for a younger audience. Not sure how you fix that and also depends exactly how young the young members are.

 

In principle I'd be up for letting them join for free or a very reduced rate. I'm sure we'd quickly get suspicious if one of our juniour members started asking for things like replacement CPU's and welding tips!!

thanks for your input mate - I'm not sure why you couldn't post in the other thread though!! You're a fully subbed member, so you should be able to?

Problem fixed - I think it was because I posted in "committee announcements" which is for mods and committee only!

 

It's now in the "general" section of the subbed forums!

 

Please can everyone now direct their comments in there?
