This is the new NIssan Juke-R. What does everyone think?

 

 

The Juke-R is powered by a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6 engine directly from the Nissan GT-R. The GT-R’s six-speed transaxle is inherited, with front and rear ends joined by a modified GT-R 4WD driveline and prop shaft. A set of 20 inch RAYS forged alloy wheels will be fitted to the car.

 

0-60mph in around 4 seconds!

Weighs only 1200kg.. nissan gtr is 1700kg!! Bet this Jukes 0-100 is good!!

Just reminds me of the Nissan Pulsar GTI-R, but a bit taller, and fatter.

This sounds like one hell of a tool. Once your behind the wheel on the ring you wont have to look at the exterior. A lot of quick cars look like shit i.e TVR Speed 12, Ariel Atom, R32 GTR, RS200, Lister Storm etc etc.

i would care what it looks like if it goes that well :scooter:

Evo 4 running gear and turbo engine. Just having it chipped, de catted, FMIC, new larger injectors and an Evo 8 turbo fitted at the moment. Should push out well over 300 bhp :shock:

You can tell that renault have got their finger well and truely up nissans bum with the most megane looking nissan yet.

If Nissan didn't sell the Juke then all the stupid in the world would buy other cars instead. But by selling cars to stupid people Nissan can then invest some of the profit into cars which have been well engineered and properly designed (such as the GT-R). If Nissan actually make the Juke GTR then good on them, at least they have a sense of humour and maybe in a few years we get another supercar we can afford (but I'm not referring to the Juke!).

 

I always thought the Shogun Evo ran the 2.0l turbo lump from the Lancer? Or is that 3.5l motor blown too?

Went for a test drive with my Mum and Dad in a Juke yesterday as they fancy one.. Was really good actually, nice interior with multi funtion display for selecting normal, eco, and sports mode... Suspension felt sporty and the acceleration was pretty good for the engine size... It's kind of a bit like a 370z but raised up off the ground!
