So the ebayer below, Zeaston 2001 sells Zparts

feedback2.jpg

Next a snap shot of their feedback sold an ecu to a buyer lockinggarageservices.

So we can see lockinggarageservices also deal in Zparts

But here in their feedback Zeaston 2001 purchases a range rover leather seat.

So nothing wrong, well of course the two ebayers are the same person closer look at the feedback suggests the purpose is to bid up auction prices, stop parts been sold too cheaply if not enough bidders, or maybe build good feed back.

Either way this is is against E-bay rules let alone been dodgy and misleading but worst of all its is a member on here. :nono:

E-bays own policy is designed to stop this.....ahem!

Shill bidding is when sellers—or someone they know—place a bid on their item to drive the price up. This is called artificial bidding. Often the people placing bids have certain information about the seller's item that other shoppers aren't aware of. To make sure no one gets an unfair advantage, shill bidding is prohibited on eBay.

People who know the seller – such as family members, flatmates, or employees – can't bid on that seller's items, but they can use options like Buy It Now that don't involve bidding. Sellers with employees have to make sure their staff are aware of this policy and what the consequences are for breaking the rules.

Just say it mate. Its south west z. Aka locking garage services.

Thats not him. Thats a z owner working on his own engine.

On a seperate note; SWZ Performance and SWZ Parts closed down 3-4 years ago. Any work carried out these days by the ex-owner (which I believe to be as a private individual in his spare time) has nothing to do with the original SWZ.

How odd, thats the picture he has previously used on ebay with the suggestion that it is him, so to add to the ongoing deception then?

Yes take your point on the SWZ not been in business any longer, however the pictures and address he uses are of SWZ... he is either in business as SWZ or not, cannot have it both ways in my view, as far as been a private individual then think rent, tax, rates, insurance etc. leaves other business at a disadvantage when customers compare prices.

Thats me doing my engine and i painted the manafolds so i me thinks you should get your facts right ,people who need to slag other past or present traders off really need to get a life , thtis is why less people get involved in forum politics !!!!

Im pretty sure we are all very aware now to be wary of any dealings with the ex SWZ or previous owners, can we just leave it at that now.

I think you will find JEFF that i buy parts from him as like others i do not get parts for my car for free. Whether i choose to sell zed parts on my ebay really is none of your business. i think if you get your facts you will see many parts he sells go for 99p. If you have enough time to sit on ebay searching through mine and my partners feedback with no intention of wanting anything you clearly have way to much time on your hands! He stopped using this forum a long time ago and hasnt traded for years. What we do with our spare time is up to us..... of course if you need anything just send me a message on ebay xx

just to add i sell lots of parts for 99p on ebay and dont need to bid them up as there useless just sat in my workshop. I still have friends from the zed world and am not in business working on zeds but still sell bits i have lying around and help alot of people out. I dont come on here anymore as i get wound up so find its easier to stay away which is a shame because this used to be a great place with great people. A few people are still here and know who they are :-)
