Window rattle

Hi, I've got this darn rattling from the windows when open slightly.

I've read the posts about a simple fix on here but haven't had any luck with it.

 

I took off the B pillar cover and found a nut underneath a small cover just under the seatbelt mount. This is nice and tight and still rattling.

Am I looking at the wrong thing or is it going to be something else entirely?

 

I recorded the rattling, in this position it is worst.
