hi every1,

Tried a wheel on my zed today,

they are 18inch with et35 8.5j front and et35 9.5j rear,

Problem is their sticking out a little on the rear, is their a positive and minus et35,

Gonna try take a pic, and put it on here.

thank you.

didnt think so just wanted to make sure, As et35 is what i have been reading is the one to go for on the rear,

the wheel was causing no problem at the moment except its flush with the outside of the arch and if i lowered the car looks like the arch will drop down on the wheel instead of tucking inside.

A touch of stretch might well help with that, just get a width size less, ie if you have a 255 just go down to a 245 for instance smiley-bounce013-1.gif

My rear setup is the stock arms set to their max negative camber. That's it.

9.5" with 265's on a offset of 20.

So 35 should be cake.

I believe the scientific term is "Hellaflush"

thanks everyone,

Try adjusting camber, and see how it goes,

so with a 9.5j et35 do you normally have to play with arches cause thats the one thing i dont wanna do if i lower it,

Was u joking about door handles, i always thought they were sticking out too,

but the black seal around it all seems flush,

in the end i thought thats how they must be,

SORRY THE PICS WERE IN THE DARK EVERYONE, AND NOT VERY CLEAR.

That was the other thing i nearly forgot to ask done a thread the other day about ride height on standard setup,

im sure the rear never use to be so high can get 4 fingers between wheel and arch the gap seems massive,

i know when you jack them up they need to settle and it does a little but how it is in the pics is how high it normally sits,

The front sits a lot lower in the arches,

cheers

Hi Terry,

I have 9.5 et30 18" wheels with 255 35 18 tyres on the rear of mine, the fitment was very similar to yours, even after lowering mine they cleared the arches with np as when the wheels go up into the arches a fair amount of negitive camber happens pulling the top of the wheel inwards, (that was with stock arches with no rolling or pulling on them and stock camber arms). However they did rub ever so slightly with 265 35 18 tyres.

Hope this helps

Thats great,

Didnt like the idea of rubbing or having to do arch work, not long had it painted, dont wanna wreck it.

Thank you for your help,
