I'm in the middle of a conversion just now. Away to bed, but I'll post up some helpful stuff tomorrow

There is a write up on one of the sites think its z1 of what you need and how to do it and stuff. Have a look there or someone will be along with the link

I've never done it, but have heard it can be a bit of a pain, you have to make the mounts for the ICs and radiator as they are not there on the NA, however, that is where my knowledge ends mate :)

Cracking link here.... http://upload.z1motorsports.com/Z1%20Z32%20NA%20to%20TT%20Conversion.pdf

Read this thoroughly before you start.

In a nutshell, for the conversion you will need:

TT engine .......duh

intercooler(s) .... If you have an NA bumper you will need to switch to an aftermarket bumper or TT bumper to allow air to the intercoolers

intercooler pipework

TT radiator

TT fuel pump...(if you wanna run anything 350bhp +)

ECU... i believe the NA ECU can be chipped to run a TT... but a TT ECU is easy and cheap enough to get a hold off

Loom.... The NA loom can stay, but you will need an electronic boost controller

You will obviously need a boost gauge

You can keep the NA gearbox but you will need a TT clutch and fly. For the flywheel to fit, you will need a 'shim plate' for the starter motor. I belive you may also need to grind a section away on the inside of the bellhousing.

After that, just obvious things like upgrading brakes

That all of the top of my head - if i think of any more ill let you know

you have to make the mounts for the ICs and radiator as they are not there on the NA, :)

You can get an adapter bracket for the radiator from Z1. About $20 if i remember right

give me a shout if you want a hand with the lifting im sure i can spare a saturday morning for you.

I'm suprised nowhere mentions about the power steering pipe that runs along the front crossmember - its shaped to fit (obviously) and I couldn't see any way to get all the intercooler pipework and other TT things in without changing the PS pipe to a TT one?
