Manual gearbox

Hi ive finally done my conversion to manual now can someone tell me what oil i should put in a manual gearbox and how much i have to put in please

    I used redline MT90 in mine, iirc it takes about 3.5L. It's full when the oil is level with the filler plug bottom.
