If you dont NEED the money, dont sell.

Full of timewasters when you advertise it. It seems a few are for sale, and people dont want to buy. Ive been trying. Fed up now so i'll keep it.

IMO you will be looking at receiving very little money indeed. The fact that it needs work before it can be in good order will put at least 50% of potential people off and you will be left with the basement bargain hunters

Just look at selling prices on here or anywhere else... Ebay. Pistonheads. Autotrader to get some figures.

Remember that advert "selling prices" are not the price the car may actually sell for. Britain has become a bargaining culture country now.

Dont mean to sound negative but given my daughters experience in selling an immaculate low mileage 2 owner from new Pug 206Sport Im not overly optimistic about your chances.

The IMPORTANT question is what do you think its worth.... or put another way what are you prepared to accept as an absolute minimom amount of money

i dont want to sell really but paying insurance and tax and sitting in garage, aint got the bucks with two kids to bring it up to spec ,but as not a tt i know alot wont fancy it,put thousands in im just gauging interest if nothing im happy to keep it as part of family now

i get it and understand where you coming from with jobs done i wouldnt take less than 3k so i guess il be keeping it for abit longer ,my dream is to keep it for my daughters to drive they two and half and 9 months dreaming maybe lol, whatever happens either way the beast some way or another will go into their banks

With the market the way it is you might as well keep it you won't get 3k lucky if you get 2k it took me about 4 months to sell my awesome shorty tt and that went within the club. The fact that you are gauging to sell would attract bargain hunters straight away. Everyone wants to haggle and knock nfld the price off in fact I did get offered 2k for my shorty I declined

A shame you're thinking of selling. But like Pete says, offer it for sale at the minimum you'd accept, no offers.

If you're not going to use it, put on a SORN and tell your insurance, Your insurance will go right down.
