Need a new set of front discs fed up with rusting discs .Ive been told ferodo have relased a coated disc range i think these are zinc plated .Has any one seen any other makes theat are coated i want just plain discs thanks taff.

If its a coating then as soon as you use the brakes it will rub the coating of! Get some ceramic brakes!

Unless its a zinc disk it will just rub the plating of, like a cheap "gold" plated watch. If you rub the gold it will come of leaving whatever metal is underneath.

Rusty disks are simply because your not using the car ;) Take it for a run and they will clean up nicely!

Your on about the rusty hub and where the pad dosnt go touch arnt you. You will be fine with them mate. EBC also do the zinc finish. mine lasted for years and still looked tidy :)
