As i said a lot of works gone into that,and filler.Id uprate the springs to handle the extra weight.if ever you crash that it wil need a jcb to shovel up the debris.

Nice ...function not form...If engine temp goes up then one idea,as I've done run the ac fan permanent front side of rad mine never runs higher than 82 degrees....ditch the fan on the engine reduce the load and hey presto an extra 8 bhp

I quite like it, though I think it would look more complete if you carried on the theme with a nice pair of JGTC style low and straight skirts with an open rear bumper with integrated diffuser.

 

One solution to any potential weight and repair issues I suppose would be to make a mould and produce a number of FRP parts from it
