i believe i still have the same issue. but my car is fast as feck. lol. does yours feel like its down on power. im thinking maybe i had a dodgey boost guage and it wasent reading right.

Down on power I'm sure otherwise a standard Z is slow

Depends how your testing for error codes....take the car for a drive, making sure you get into boost then without turning the ignition off test for Error codes.

Some codes, like code45, get rest with the ignition.

The other possibility is that your stock boost solenoids are not working. If they are not receiving power then you will only ever get 0.5bar boost.

but how slow. my car dosent currently have much in the way of power mods. super light flywheel, full de-cat system and an apexi air filter. and i leave scoobys and things alike. could a stock z do this??

yea, a stock tt zed would leave stock scoobs etc

Tested with conzult, should I take it for a drive and then run conzult without turning it off.

daft question, but are your boost solenoids plugged in?

Mmmm, I guess if i knew where they were I could check? Problem is even though I did loads of work on the Z it was a single turbo so all the ad ons weren't on mine.

yep.

stock solenoids sit either side of of the plenum, black connector that looks different do the typical nissan connectors. You can follow the solenoids, to check you have the right wiring. They sit on the side of the block above the turbos with a vacumn pipe going to the actuator.

On or off topic not sure but can changing the diff oil make an improvement on acceleration and performance?
