Hey Guys,

ย

Well dunno what it is but going in my z recently feels like being in a roll cage lol (maybe the theifs abused it dunno). Its a really a bad ride currently and sometimes in london if i go on bad roads, i can almost hear a ding in the front suspensions.

ย

Would it be worth changing it over without another pair of standard suspension? I am looking for a bit more comfort in riding the car!

i would have a look at the geometery maybe its had a knock and it sitting out, or maybe some of your bushes are worn doesnt sound liek the shocks themselves, maybe anti roll bar bushes,.

not sure buddy, cant imagine much, i would get some onbe who knows wheat they are looking for to have a quick once over under there on a lift and check its all set up correctly

id first have a visual inspection to see if anything has snapped / broke / perished

ย

if that yields no results, jack up the front end, and with each wheel in the air, grab it at the quarter to 3 position with both hands and see if there is any abnormal left to right movement. then do a half 12 position with both hands and do the same. if there is movement then something has given in.

ย

do the same with both wheels. also check the struts to see if they are leaking or not.

I'd also have a check on the inside of your alloys. It may have been driven over a kerb or something and bent a wheel?
