Hi guys,

 

I bought a cubby hole off of someone on here a while ago, but upon fitment there seems to be some sort of gap around it when it's in the dash?? I can see the electrics behind the edge of it.

 

Am I missing some sort of surround to it?

Is the cubbyhole fitted to the top or bottom space ?

Just looked at my spare aircon facia and the sides are the same and not filled down.

 

Looks like the cubby hole pictured isn't from a zed or has been messed with.

Weird, has anybody got any measurements for the front of the top & bottom holes?

 

I can determine what one has been messed around with then or the cubby is gay'd.

bumble, that cubby whole is the one i sold you, and it came from a UK spec TT, and fitted into the whole perfectly. sorry to say this but if you look at your photo compared to the other one, it looks like the radio surround has been tampered with.

 

In the photo you have provided, there is no side edges to the opening, compare it to the photo thats been posted up for comparison, it also looks like your top slot has also been tampered with to make it wider as well.
