As per the title........WHY do we put ourselves through it!!

I am a massive footy fan (Cardiff City to be more precise) and we just got stuffed in the Championship play off semi final.

We played absolutely shite! I screamed at the tele, rowed with the missus and kicked the imaginary cat 100 times and wanted to burn my football shirt!! My point is, we will all go through it next year as well! :crying::crying: WHY? lol

Richard:wink:

Next season is Liverpool's season, Man Utd will look silly after only being able to hold the record for one year !!

YNWA

:D

YAWN more like, hear that every year! haha

lol .. king kenny will show you.. its gonna be a good year for liverpool fans :) - i hope..... lol :tt2:

its been one of the worst seasons this year being a chelsea fan!:cursing::censored::2guns::death: my mrs said i take it to serious!:slap:

dan.

You'll not be surprised to hear that all the non football fans near me are now all of a sudden life long Reading fans. Does my head in!!

I'm a Leeds fan btw, but don't really follow football much any more. Man City buying thier way to the FA cup pretty much sums football up over the last 10 years.

That and the arrogance of the overpaid players who think they can do what they like without consequence due to the size of thier pay packet.

Simple, we are not living in Clans any more with dozens of Kings round the country and we dont fight against each other any more for land.

So we do it via sport, its in our nature to "war" with one another.

Simples.

Oh and COME ON YOU SPURS!!!!!!

don't do football at all.

motorsports only for me so i dont support any football teams at all.

i know nothing about the game and cant understand why they pay these people so much for playing a kids game.

I am a Blade, so I know suffering:death:

I have shouted screamed and Vowed NEVER to watch them again over the years.

BUT once a team is in your blood its for life

UTB :cool3::cool3:

Could say the same about racing drivers who get paid far far more than footballers for something we all do every day, driving lol ;)

I've been a Norwich fan for the past 25 years, was a good season for us this time. probably be back in the Championship after next season though.......

i would agree though mate. they are well overpaid.

ok so they are paid highly and there is the danger element but it still driving.

if they realy want to earn their money they should try driving an 18 ton truck across london in rush hour!

LOL - and no-one bothered to reply Ian......

But even though it sounds otherwise, I'm not taking the piss mate! I grew up in the Leyton/Walthamstow area and, Leyton Orient aside, the 3 nearest teams were Spurs, West Ham and the Arse. Most of my friends were Spurs fans so I did occasionally visit The Lane with them on a Saturday afternoon as a boy.

Whilst I don't care for football, I do sometimes take a glance at the back pages, just to see how Tottenham are doing - for old times sake!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
