cool cheers

was wondering i thought they were black but they are getting really tatty looking need sort them out

I had mine sprayed satin black - looks a bit more up to date than the grey :thumbup1:

The corners of the mirrors that are grey I also had painted black - gloss here with a blue metalic fleck put in it :flowers:

Just remove your wiper arms and then there,s some plastic clips with plastic screw in the middle , remove the screw and clips and it should come straight off bud just bear in mind it might be a bit on the delicate side cos of it,s age .

Any good motor factor should stock a range of aerosols specially developed for painting plastics , using a normal satin black aerosol is ok but it tends to start flaking and looking messy after a while cos it,s not really meant for plastics .

hth

i was going to plasti dip mine as i know allot have had good results with that... but think i'll plunge for new

I've just done mine, sanded them down and repaired all duff bits, then high build primer, then bog standard satin black rattle can (said suitable for bumpers, so it's flexible) they look the dogs *****cks, well chuffed...
