Squeaky Brakes

My brakes are squeaking really bad at the moment. Been getting progressively worse over the last month. The pads have only covered 3000 miles but were nothing special as was stuck at short notice when getting them done. I'd ordered a set for a z31!!

Will fitting new pads cure this or is it something more sinister?
