Bare in mind US links don't account for certain things that only relate to a UK Zed. US Zeds are the same as our Jap specs.

I knew i should have worded it differently! it's not JUST for him, it's for anyone else who reads it and various future searches later by members who then discover the issue over Jap/US and UK by buying the wrong size belt.

I seem to remember i fitted a lightweight pulley to my UK spec TT and fitted the gates belts listed in my link and didnt have any problems

If you mean the last link i posted, yes mate soz i just checked and it's for subscribed members only.

It doesn't effect you tbh anyway if your a Jap spec, it was just to show everyone else that 7 years ago when i done a Group buy on pullies, we all discovered the differences between US spec and UK specs for the belts, there on for the next few years i always supplied the correct belts for UK cars and 94+ models when i sold the various brands of lightweight Pullies that i traded in along with the correct belts for a customers own supplied pulley.

contact your local motor factors and quote the reference numbers, most of them can get hold of 'Gates' belts. (probably the most popular manufacturer)

Are you running single or dual cone induction with your T28's Coolq?

Have you had it dyno'd yet?

not running the t28s any more mate, engine is out and turbos off. have a new lump now running poxt t25's but the t28s will be back on soon.

 

 

but i did run single cone filter. as does Johnny on here and he runs the same T28s i have.
