I'm going to try that twix thing. I've never been to Aus, but NZ has TimTams too, very dangerous biscuit, somewhat like a Fox's Classic, not in any way remotely the same type of biscuit, but once you open the packet, you know the rest are getting eaten!

 

As for cheese on Crumpets, I'm a southerner living in Yorkshire, I'd never even heard of cheese on crumpets until I moved up here, but I do have to confess, it's bloody lovelly, especially with white cheese like Wenslydale. :D
