heres mine:

Dear lewisgverity,

hi there, just a couple of questions about these wheels. firstly will they fit my 5 stud 'corsa d'? and secondly they look like the ones that come as standard on the 300zx sprayed purple, are they the platinum special edition? and also you stated that the strat parts have been airbrushed, is this correct? cheers

Dear cerid2007,

hi thanks for the questions, i have asked my mechanic he reckons they will fit your motor, i believe they are plat spec edition, you can run your finger over the strat parts completely flat and air brushed amazing detail also lacquered to finish off beautifully.

kind regards always

Dear lewisgverity,

Hi i was looking over your add concerning the wheels and i have a few concerns.

First is you state that the wheels are done by a professional in the music industry, can you supply the name and contact number so i can verify this please.

Also, you say they are not decals but stenciled on to high detail, yes from the second picture in, its clearly showing that its a decal where the number has been "cut" in half to get the shape to fit the alloy.

My concern would be, if i purchased these and found out that my assumptions are correct and that all these are, are wheels covered in decals with lacquer over the top (in fact you dont have to answer that one as its clear that's exactly what they are, as you can see the out line of the stickers) that i would then have to pursue a legal case for false advertising.

It would be appreciated if you could get back to me on this, as if i can verify there authenticity, i would gladly purchase them at £300

Regards

xxxxxx

Dear xxxxxx,

hi thanks for the question, i can confidently say that actually running my finger over the fender and other lettering it is completely FLAT and therfore sprayed not decal, also the guy was a bespoke guitar painter / designer and apparently if you know anything about guitar painting they are big on lacquer, in fact the car i purchased had been attacked by the stuff!

its a shame you couldnt view before purchase cos if you did you would throw £300 quid at me and run with the alloys!

kind regards always

LOL.. no intention at all of giving you the guy's name.... maybe because it's fiction... !!!

keep going though it is funny..... :)

Funniest thing is, he thinks that by rubbing his finger over the lacquer that you would be able to feel a decal and that it would raise the lacquer in that place.

I can confirm that if you do not do it correctly, this is indeed the case. but speaking from experience of model making for the past 14 years. and using decals of all shapes sizes and thickness. that if applied correctly they would not raise the lacquer in those areas. also you can "cut back" the lacquer to give a flat finish.

What a knob. They are just normal Z wheels painted purple. they look shit. you could buy 2 sets of decent aftermarket wheels for the price he wants for those crock pots.
