You need H3 for the dipped lights and you can get them cheaper than that. Go for the 6000k 35w or 55w and no issues with MOT. You may need to clean the inside of the projector lens.

are 35w bright as have seen a few people say there not that much better and i should get 55w??

i've got 35w, a lot of people say they're not bright enough, i think they are fine, but go for the 55w....

and you will almost deffinately need to clean your lights out, may not look it, but they'll be full of dust, especially the projector lense as groover said, so you wont get a defined beam otherwise, it's a pain in the arse to remove the lights, but once done, the difference is immense...

I have the 6000k 35w hids, we did a quick light test at last years Jae and mine were brighter than the 55w one, but only because i had cleaned my lenses, so it does make a huge difference! Mine are similar to Mantas hids, but were from hong kong, about £26, but 1 of the ballast went fooked, so i would go with the ones Manta suggested mate.
