the theory is there... I'd say they do what they are supposed to, had one on my old black Z, along with tein superstreets, that handled like it was on rails.

dosnt do anything at all because about 3inch lower the car has a huge metal brace that goes right across. I fitted one, had it on for a few months and took it back off again and noticed no differance at all,

 

however a front one make a huge differance as do decent coilovers
