What is the yellowtipped sensor, besides the water temp sensor on the front water hose.

 

having a slight issue that with it connected, the revs are high, with them off it drops about 4-500rpm.... but no other changes?

    temp sensor for the ecu...can give you high idle iff faulty or bad connection

    thanks, is there a way to tell if its nackerred or not, apparantly it should make the fan cut in when its disconnected, the fan does not come in when i disconnect it, but the engine RPMS do drop..
