Replacement (smaller) washer bottle with 2 outlets?

Having replaced my IC's for larger ones I'm having trouble tracking down a smaller water bottle that has 2 outlets, front & rear. Scoured google et al and can only find either custom bottles with 1 outlet or pumps with 2 outlets.

 

Anyone know of a supplier?

    im sure here was a member on here that utiluised the bottle from a fiesta or something
