is this oil any good?

I wouldn't -looks like Mineral Oil.

 

That's what I was thinking......

 

....and 15w is going to be far too thick to get round the engine when cold - now that we're heading into winter you want an oil that circulates quickly from a cold start. Nissan recommends a "10w" for the job; although a "5w" is better but not necessarily needed in the UK as it doesn't get that cold!!
