Just thought I would say I used a pair of wire cutters CAREFULLY...

Then snipped bits away... It was still a pig, I was lucky that I never broke anything.

I'm not sure, but I had to mod these to the 3 prong version from the 2.

Here are the pics/progress for anyone asking to put these up.

P.S: You need to get rid of the stopper inside the housing on some bits (as you progress you will see why... Just go slow!).

Marked the points where I was going to chomp!

Oh by the way, run some superglue around the rubbers and stick them to the housing itself as it's a sod getting the new indicators in! (the weatherseal external rubbers, not the bulb housing one)

Hope this helps as I scoured this site for help on this.........

True, I had the same kit but didn't want the hack the loom... plus my soldering iron hates the cold lol

I have to say I did make a thread about these being 'tacky' and I must aopologise and hold my head down in shame... I think the way they're shot off of the car makes them look pants, but on the car... VERY SUBTLE!

=0)

i melted mine to the right shape with the tip of my soldering iron, then just peeled the melted plastic off....
