I've been told that the Apexi are one of the best aftermarket filters for the Zed. In fact when i looked to upgrade, they were like gold dust and no-one had any in stock for ages.

got an apexi... dont think its all that, cost a bit, but not too different id say, so was wondering if the dual had a benefit. other than saving 50quid..

The actual design is very good and the original kit that this is copied from was produced by HKS many years ago and it performed well, but that was because HKS filters were used and they are quite good anyways. Think the HKS version is around 4 times more expensive!

The downside of the ebay kit is the filters are absolute garbish, the idea is of course having 2 filters will suck in more air than 1, which is true if the filters are any good to begin with.

If you stuck 2 apexi's on the end then yes a good job's done, I run 2 apexi's in a very similar design and very pleased with it.

Think you find those filters on their own on ebay for around a tenner, so that tells you how shite they are...
