As it was such a nice day, and I hadn't used the Z for 3 or so weeks, I thought it was time for a day out.

We went to Stratford upon Avon for the day and I loved every minute behind the wheel. We didn't have a bad time in Stratford either, but letting the ZX do its stuff was the best bit for me. Well that and lunch!!

As usual the car performed faultlessly and didn't miss a beat. It's such a great car to drive - once I get back in after not using it, I realize in seconds why I love the car....

....so if anyone saw a shiney blue ZX whizzing past everything on the M40 today...... (it wasn't me officer......)

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Exactly Dave!! Sure a long fast run makes you feel good; but then a slow cruise around town in the sun, when everyone turns their head to look at the car, really makes you feel good....

Couldn't agree more, so much more fun driving it slower and knowing you can drive it fast if you wanted to, but not.
