Just bought a gunmetal Twin Tubby 300 and will be driving it tomorrow from Milton Keynes to Doncaster, so I'll pretty much be flying up the M1 somewhere after 2pm tomorrow, keep an eye out.

Some of you may know me from a few years back when I was in SkylineOwners and GTR Owners with an R32 GTR and you may well know the missus from Celica Owners and Toyota Owners. That was all about 5 years ago before we went out to NZ for 5 years.

Looking forward to attending some club events and things soon and really looking forward to the car show season next year. :tongue_smilie:

Welcome mate, get pics up of all of the aforementioned cars... sounds like a nice little collection.

Welcome to the club mate, why did you come back from NZ?? Lovely place

Right then, rough set of pics of our cars in the last 6 years, dating back to the GTR and the Celica, including a Mitsubish Galant VR4 and a Ford Falcon XR6, both of which we had in NZ, are in the folder linked below. Will get some more up later on, there are some cracking ones of Roses Celica but I've only just re-installed this machine and think they're on a different drive.

Will take pics of the new 300 when I get it back here and have washed it etc :D

Yeah I uploaded to the wrong hosting, it's fixed now, so works on both brighter-web.com/images/ and brighter-web.co.uk/images/ lol

Welcome mate... you aren't too far from me, give me a shout if you ever need owt cos I've got loads of spares lol :thumbup1:

Nice one Baz, good to know, I've got a spare engine (Blown but I can fix that) with the car and some spare bits like brake discs etc, but if I need owt I don't have, will give you a shout.

We've now decided that we're going to head down to JAE next weekend, we've been driving around in an 8 seater Toyota Estima Enima for the last 6 - 7 months since we got back from NZ in February and we want some fun. Anyone else going?

Well today's the day. Me and the missus off to halfords shortly to get some paint supplies for the 8 seater, then I jump on a coach to Milton Keynes, pick up the 300 and head back. Should be back in Donny with our new toy around 4 or 5pm I'm hoping. Next weekend I'll have to fight the missus over the keys to drive to JAE lol, might have to buy a 2nd 300 yet lol.

Just added a picture to http://www.brighter-web.co.uk/images/ of the new ZX in a service station car park on my way back up from Milton Keynes with it.

I am SO happy we bought this car :D

Looks spot on in that picture, least once you've straightened the number plate (don't look at my sig)! Look forward to seeing some more pictures. Planning to keep it nice and clean as it is?

Yeah not planning any specific body upgrades. Although the standard hoop spoiler upgrade is most likely in order, possibly some LEDs underneath (If they fit) just for the shows and stuff and most likely a bit of stereo in there just to make the motorway journeys a bit less boring.

The engine on the other hand, well it has already had a new sports zhaust on it, not sure what brand or model yet, also has new turbos in, again not sure on brand or model yet, but they're steel internals, I can tell by the sound, so need a boost controller for when they've bedded in to boost them up to 1 bar.

May or may not go nuts with the engine upgrades at this point. She's fun as she is, and I want a GTR to sit next to her on the driveway by the end of the year, which will most likely get all the engine insanity while the 300 looks disapprovingly at it. :D
