I want a black Zed. They look amazing when all polished up and gleaming.

How easy was it to use Daz, looking great by the way:thumbup:

Quite easy but messy Gaz!! The box contains 3 liquids ,some microfibre cloths and a application sponge, just 3 steps of applying the liquids in various fashions and then polish off, very similar to traditional waxing but 3 times the work!! the liquids are black and get all over your hands, clothes and drive way, but i never take my time and rush everything so i do get in a mess sometimes, cloths get covered in black aswell but for £25 not bad, and the shine is great!

They dont last long like that though, I am forever cleaning mine, my silver one can be outside for months and always look clean!!

After this stuff was mentioned the other day, noticed my local Halfrauds stock it. Glad ive seen the results, looks the biz.

I have used a mixture of Meguires and Auto gleam, and am more than happy, but will be giving black box a go

This is quite interesting - I see the advantage in a colour specific product for use on flat colours, but does it work on a metalic/pearlesent paint as when you polish/wax you're only dealing with the top clear layer?

Good point Phill; but for around 20 years now most automotive paint finishes involve a clear coat laquer over the top - even flat ones!

The colour specific elements of such polishes mask or reduce slight imperfections and swirl marks in most finishes that appear over time (due to washing, atmospheric contaminants etc) and enhance the overall glossy reflectiveness of the base colour.

Whack on a protective "super" wax layer over that to seal in the shine and it will last for months!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
