Hi I bought some de-cat pipes they are from andy 300 went to get them fitted and they don't fit they don't bend up to the down pipes or reach them am I supposed to buy longer downpipes for them or are they the wrong pipes.

what spec do you have? mine is a UK TT, to fit the decats i had to remove the pre cat alswell as the cats.But i did replace the entire system with a stainless japspeed one.

is andy a forum user?

I've got japspeed cat back the decats then reach up to where it goes up to the down pipes but instead of a 90 bend they have a 45 bend it is a jap spec tt

Either they are to fit with alternative turbo`s and elbows or they are from a non turbo.

I had fun fitting some Jap Speed de cats to mine,the off side one would not clear the front floor pan/bulk head ! We had to get the gas bottle out to the exhaust hot it up and get the big hammer out !

Do you have a TT or an N/A?

Do they need the recirc pipes that go into the cats

No the air intake pipes will be redundant, you can get rid of the whole thing. Look at the AIV removal in the faq section.

Same here mate, i got mine from a member on here, and when the guy went to fit them they were for a manuel, not an auto, so out came the big hammer too lol
