As above!!

 

Once again Jeff and Jamie have done good. I collected my car today and, as usual, am very pleased! I had the a/c compressor replaced 5-6 weeks back but sadly one of the a/c pipes sprang a leak a couple of weeks later.

 

So another trip to Zedworld was needed; and Jamie cut out the bad section and fabricated a new bit for me, then had it regassed (again!)....

 

Plus I thought I'd have the auto box oil changed and the tension rod bushes replaced whilst it was there.

 

Well the a/c is so good that even set at 21 degrees on the way home I was too cold (and I'm not one to feel the cold - I wear short sleeves in winter FFS!). The steering felt more precise and the A/T seemed to change smoother than before..... Thanks guys - and thanks Lynda for the tea and toast!!!

 

Oh, and thanks for the spare targa panel too - when I got home I switched the interior trim from my existing one, gave the new one a clean and polish, and it's spot on. Cheers!!

 

Finally (and by no means least) thanks to DamoJ for meeting me at Tamworth station! Cheers buddy - it was good to see you again; and your ZX is a fine example!

Cheers Alan! I have to agree mate - even with the 118 mile drive each way it's worth it for the peace of mind that they know what they are doing!!

 

And I'm soooo glad I have the a/c working again - it's just too hot to be without it at the mo:biggrin:
