I know this is lazy as sin, but does anyone know the bulb fittings for the headlights (as if i were buying a H.I.D kit). i've found a few but were a bit confusing. i think H3c, or have i missunderstould?

same for the wiper blades if anyone know the sizes for the front and rear one.

Thanks.

H3 for HID. (its H3c for jap if your buying regular halogen Bulbs, but for a HID kit you need H3)

Stick to the 4500k-6000k Color temp range. 6000k is the most popular setup.

chears bud. i was going for 6000k, bin tempted to do the fogs aswell. do you know any good shops? i don't know weather to trust the ebay ones, especially when they're going for under £30!

I've fitted quite a lot of the ebay kits as well as kits from specialists to customers cars (from £30 to £300) . I cant comment on long term reliablity but I did'nt notice any difference at all between any of the kits when fitting.

DTA Motorsport (in this forums traders section) is a popular supplier of HID kits.

Don't do the fogs mate!

HIDs give off a very bright, white, light - which is no good in fog or driving rain since the fog reflects the light back at you!

Stick with the normal halogen fog lamps as you'll find it best to drive with sides and fogs in the fog. In fact I'd go for the Osram "all weather" fog lamp bulbs - they come with a slight yellow glow to shine through/under the fog.....

As for wipers, I know the fronts are 21 inches. Not sure about the rear (although 19 inches sounds familiar....).

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I would of thought something similar about the fog H.I.D's however Tony B seems to think it was the best thing he ever did.

Is that 21 inches for both front ones? i know this sounds silly, but my last two cars had odd wiper blades.

Yes mate - both 21 inches! It's not a daft question buddy; loads of cars have odd differing sized front wipers........!
