I like the originality of the shagpile carpets, but the dirt etc is torcher to get out. What do you use for cleaning them groover to freshen them up?

A bit big for a normal washing machine, but i have a jet washer, give them a shampoo and hose down, let dry, then a good brush up, then febreeze. Like new again.

I have the original shagpile fairlady ones too, came with my 91 Jap, looked black, hung them up on the garden wall, then cleaned with the karcher washer and shampoo.

You would not believe the dirt that came out. look like new now.

Stick with the shagpile then and get them power washed I guess is the outcome.lol.

I want a set of plack shagpile ones for my swb but there rarer then unicorn s$%t to find!!!
