hi all just fitted new hi flow rad on the zed, now heres my question the original clip (on left of rad) that the bottom hose clips into does not fit the bigger core rad so as i'm using silicone hoses not a hard pipe kit i'm left with the bottom hose blowing in the wind what is the best way to secure it?

could just be me worrying but my concern is if that hose is moving it could either split or touch moving engine components prob not to bad with hardpipe kit but moves around a bit with standard silicone hose

I just gently cable tied mine back (can't remember what to though) to keep it away from moving parts, fan etc. haven't had any problems.

cheers guys i did manage to solve this one today i took the original bracket and drilled a extra hole in the one upright piece, passed 2 cableties throgh the fins in the rad then through the 2 holes in the bracket, 2nd cabele tie just passed under bracket to support it works a treat, and maintains original bracket also

cut them off and re-do...1st passing the ties into some rubber tubing as this will make sure they dont cut into the hoses;)
