why does it have to be UK?? They generally have more rust? not always the case, but more often than not they are pretty hanging with rot.

The French models are out of price, for 5000£ you have a car with step badly of expenses :hang:

Bienvenue!

I'm too tired to write any French this evening. I've just come back from France. I take my Z over there a few times a year usually and visit France about 4 times a year. I have a friend who lives not too far from LeMans. He's in Mortagne aux Perche.

The French absolutely ADORE the Z. I get so much attention when I'm over there that I feel like a film star!

Ah ok, well in the uk you can buy a genuine UK modell that was sold in this country from new or buy one that was imported from japan much later on, im sure you may already know this as its common knowlage, but personally id opt for the imported zed,

unfortunately the JDM are not approved on our roads, UKcar is it

When imported they are not approved for our roads either but are easy converted and as you are in France the clocks which are in kilometres will not need changed but uk cars are in miles so are you shure JDM Zeds can not be registed in France?

It is not a problem of clocks but the belts, the glasses and the headlights don't have the letter “E” and in France it is refusal to make it approve.

The serial number doesn't correspond to the European number...

Welcome to the club. Good luck with your search, I am sure if you see a good one for sale, one of the club members would view it for you.

You guys do know that the original post was over a year old right >
