Just bought a set of Crystal LED lights for the Z from America last week (10/06/2010) and they arrived today (14/06/2010) :shock: :clap:

 

They are REALLY smart. not exactally '99 spec lights but the clarity in the lenses is outstanding.

 

I'd highly recommend these if anyone is looking for some clear indicator lenses :)

OK, got my lights fitted and my new centre panel. Went for the look of the car in Baz's avatar but wanted to keep the reverse lights in the same place so had a vinyl wrap made and fitted it all together. i LOVE the lights but i'm still undecided about the centre piece. I've got my old one all polished up ready to fit back in if i have a sudden change of heart :)

i am of the same opinion about the centre panel, it is getting there but needs a little something to 'marry' it with the diffusers of the us lights which do look very nice. :thumbup1:

Not really, they seemed to fit pretty well. Had a bit of a job with the centre panel but it's not too bad. Could have got it better if i'd messed on a bit more. Also, don't know what the fitment was like with the centre panel before as it was a cheap second hand one i got to try the vinyl wrap thing.

Sorry but you've wrecked the back end of that car, IMO.

 

Should've left it stock or went 99-spec.

i like the lights if theu had a matching center panel dont like it like that though

dont like the center panel but rear lights look ok

Lose the centre panel imo

 

..but then, Im afraid I really dont like the lights either, as per my comments on the other threads about them.

I'm still undecided about the centre panel but I think the lights look better than the 99 spec ones. They just look cleaner in my opinion.

I have these lights on my slicktop, i and everyone who has seen them in the flesh (or plastic :) ) reckons they look alot better and give the zeds rear a more modern touch, when you fit one its makes the standard cluster bland as hell!

Yeah, same here, lights look OK in the pics (would be interested to actually see them up close) but the centre panel looks odd to me

My personal opinion for what it's worth.....

 

........the centre panel does not suit the rest of the car. If it was the same shade of white as the bodywork then (IMO of course) it would look better; but as it is? Hmmm....

 

Whilst I prefer the whole '99-spec rear to anything else, your lights are the next best thing. They would look better if you kept the present style of the centre panel; but had it colour matched to the black surround of your new lights!

 

Just my humble opinion though mate!
