Hi has anyone had any experience with these tyres I'm getting mixed reviews some people rate them highly but others like on the evo forum complain of weak side walls.

Gone off the idea of 888s and the new yoko advan ad08 as they are to soft.

I'm after an all round tyre good for road and the odd track day maybe.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Dan

Hi Dan,

I've had these tyres on my ZX for about two years (prior to selling the car) and have been very happy with them. Excellent traction in the wet as well as dry. I can't vouch for how they hold up under track conditions as I never tracked my car but I can recommend the T-1R's. We're also using them on my wife's MX-5 with excellent results!

PS - got an answer from Stillen ref. droplink parts - will pm you this afternoon/evening with pricing info, etc.

Regards,

Ive got Toyo T1R`s on my rear and ive been more than happy with them great traction and they have been lasting very well

i put TR1's on my civic yesterday, they were recommended to me so thought id give them a ago. No faults so far.
