Drivers side window help

Hi all

It would appear that my drivers side window is moving away from the rubbers. The reason for this is that the screw that holds the middle edge of the window into the guide has come out.

My question is this. Can you take the little plastic grommet out to screw this back in? If so is it just by using a thin screwdriver. Or do you have to take the whole door panel off from inside the car and do it that way.b

anyone else had this?

Cheers.

Peter.

Not sure if i got what you meant, but if it's a rattling window that has come away from door support, I don't know if you can do it without taking the door card off, but this might help.

Yeah, that's just about what i meant but it's not just rattling, the screw thing has came out altogether. Hoping I can just pop the grommet and screw it back in, maybe with a but of superglue on the threads to stop it working loose again.

I had mine break off - well the little screw part attached to the black cap that kind of flushes with the glass. It was tough to find another one and fit it. And also to get the broken bit of threaded part out of the guide pin part.
