Hi all,i got the chance of getting some new discs groved and vented for my car at a great price so i snapped them up,by the way im talking discs all round, now in my haste i for got to messure my own discs first :stupid: and yes you guessed it thay are to big for my car. i have a n/a 92 and these are tt discs  so my new discs are 30mm and my old ones are 26mm which is strange cause i thought thay were for 1990 or less at that size :confused1:. anyway my prob now is that my new 30mm dont fit my calipers,so i take it im going to need tt calipers . so my ? is is there a big diffrence between the tt and the n/a calipers. plus can i put tt calipers straight onto my n/a with no modding. and will tt calipers fit with my wheels as its pritty tight behind my wheels just now, with my n/a calipers? any help on this matter please and i will be truely greatfull.:flowers:

Sorry I need to pass on giving u some advice. But a heads up is if u are after some, I have full set of tt calipers and I'm only down the road as u know.

Yes you will need TT calipers, they will fit with no modding, i did exactly the same, sent discs back twice lol and still ended up with 30mm so got myself some TT calipers.

They fit behind my wheels fine, i think the physical size of the caliper is the same, just the distance internally where the disc went through.

My car is on a 93 plate and wondered why i had the old 26mm discs and calipers, its actually a 1990, so you can never really rely on the reg plate as an indication of the year lol HTH
