I've booked myself on a trackday at Silverstone on the 7th June with Goldtrack. It's the Arena circuit which is over three and a half miles long and I reckon perfect for the zed. I've done Silverstone half a dozen times on my ZX10R and it's bloody quick. My car has proved itself to be reliable on the road and now I want to see how it goes on a track and I reckon it's gonna be OK. I'm gonna do Santa Pod this year too then it will be goodbye to the red zed as buying a GTR (gonna keep my white vert though).

I was hoping Jorgen would come over with a few of his friends also in zeds and also in the 600bhp class but haven't heard from him which is a shame. It would be cool to compare my car with a few other of the more powerful cars on the forum. That's of course if you fancy taking them out of the garage lol :devil2:

I'll keep you updated and will see what sort of lap times I can muster up :)

I might be up for that day. Any noise limitations? what time does it run from ?

Noise is 105 db and first sign on at 08.30 with first runs at 09.00 hrs. It's open pit lane and there are briefings right through to 11.00 hrs :)

I haven't tested mine but 105db is pretty loud actually :)
