Yeah probably are... dont have good reviews though. Would be great if you wanted a low car but trundle around at 30mph everywhere, but wouldnt want to do any major speed with them!

Ignore. I wouldn't buy any non branded ebay shite. It's just such an unknown quantity. There's plenty of good stuff out there. Sure, a bit more expensive, but you'll have peice of mind!

Not really sure why you believe these to be an mot failure, you would only fail if your car hits the bump stop when tested, and you wouldn't know that unless they are fitted.

they are unsecured on the cups of the damper, damper cups arent flat like the surface of the spring and 'adjustable mount' thus mot fail, one way around it is to weld the ally to the steel..... which is.... difficult and would still be unstable, my mate bined his of his 33gtst skyline after the mot failed them.

sorry weld ali to steel? i was always told this is impossible as the two have competely differnt properties and dont mix because they melt at different temps etc. you just get alot of splatter and two seperate metals witha burn hole in the ali. sorry if ive got the wrong end of the stick or am incorrect but er just thought id mention it.

he did say it was difficult, if somehow you did manage to it would be proper bird sh*t weld, and probably would just break off

yeh, i guess that is tegh point then yeh it could possibly glue toghte but its nota "true" welded joint and has no proper strutural integrity
